This website introduces BRAZORO’s services and provides an inquiry form hosted by Google Apps Script and an email address. It does not offer account registration, checkout or file uploads.
Hosting and website operation
We use Cloudflare to host and deliver the website. Hosting and security services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser/request details, to operate and protect the site. Optional Cloudflare browser performance analytics has been disabled. This does not mean that hosting or security processing and logs are disabled.
Inquiry form
The form asks for your business name, contact name, email address and a description of your business problem. Phone number and contact preference are optional. Google Apps Script processes your submission and sends it to [email protected] through our Google Workspace account. We use these details to review and respond to your inquiry. The form does not create a separate response spreadsheet. Temporary submission tokens and a daily submission count help limit duplicate submissions and abuse. Google may process technical information to operate and protect its services. Please provide only a general description, without customer records, passwords or confidential information.
Email inquiries
If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and the information you choose to include through our Google Workspace business email service. We use inquiry information to understand your request, respond and discuss possible work. An email inquiry does not commit either party to a project.
Please keep initial descriptions general. Do not send customer records, passwords or confidential files. If a project requires additional information, the handling requirements should be agreed before it is provided.
Inquiry access
The business owner handles general inquiries. Kelsie’s mention or tag on a personal social post does not give her access to the business inbox or an inquiry-handling role. Our business email provider processes messages to operate the email service. Assistant involvement is limited to work specifically requested by the owner, rather than continuous inbox monitoring or automatic replies.
Inactive inquiries and project records
Our selected approach is a manual review of inactive general inquiries that have not become projects, 90 calendar days after the last meaningful exchange. This is a review point, not an automatic deletion deadline. Project records and information needed for quotes, contracts, payments, disputes or other ongoing obligations follow separate handling rules. Records with unresolved obligations are held for review before any disposal.
Deletion and backup limits
A cleanup review does not mean that all copies are deleted at 90 days. Any deletion decision must account for applicable obligations and the email, trash and backup systems involved. We do not promise a fixed date for removal of every provider or backup copy.
Social links
The Facebook and Instagram buttons open those services. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them. The website candidate uses profile links rather than embedded social feeds or advertising pixels.

Email [email protected] with questions about how BRAZORO handles an inquiry or with a request concerning information you have provided. Keep the request general and do not include passwords or confidential records.
